About

Welcome to our new venture. This blog will keep all new and existing customers up-to-date with all things ‘Oysters’.

The restaurant opened in April 2007 under the guidance of husband and wife team, Kevin & Caroline Clarke. Kevin, having worked in the hospitality industry from the young age of sixteen took the plunge with Caroline, who had a history in product development, having worked in Fruit of the Loom for a number of years, to open their own business in their hometown of Strabane.
