From its opening in February 2007, Oysters has gone from strength to strength, reaping awards, rolling in the years.

Under the guidance of husband and wife team, Kevin & Caroline Clarke the restaurant as it is known now, threw open its doors following a major refurbishment.

Kevin, having worked in the hospitality industry from the young age of sixteen took the plunge with Caroline, who had a history in product development, having worked in Fruit of the Loom for a number of years, to open their own business in their hometown of Strabane.
