From its opening in February 2007, Oysters has gone from strength to strength, reaping awards, rolling in the years.
Under the guidance of husband and wife team, Kevin & Caroline Clarke the restaurant as it is known now, threw open its doors following a major refurbishment.
Kevin, having worked in the hospitality industry from the young age of sixteen took the plunge with Caroline, who had a history in product development, having worked in Fruit of the Loom for a number of years, to open their own business in their hometown of Strabane.
With a passion for local, home-grown produce fused with exciting culinary explorations, Oysters prides itself on offering the best dining experience in the area.
Hard work from the team has been recognised by LCN, Irish Restaurant Association, Food Awards Northern Ireland and Good Food UK, to name a few.
Kevin & Caroline say: “The ethos at Oysters is to strive to create an environment where exquisite food and select wines, enhanced by exceptional customer service creates a memorable and unparalleled dining experience.”
